Meet Our Summer Interns!
The genEquality Summer Internship Program kicked off on June 1, with five fantastic interns joining our team from all around the United States and halfway across the world!
From the start, Bailey, Kayla, Kevin, Rylie, and Zhong Chen have been invaluable members of the genEquality team. Among other things, they've been creating original artwork, producing original video content, managing our social media, and writing blogs. Our intern cohort is truly contributing to our mission of activating equality and inclusion.

First up, our Graphic Design Intern Rylie Lawver. Rylie lives in Kansas City, Missouri. She attends The Kansas City Art Institute and is majoring in Graphic Design and Creative Writing, with a minor in Asian Studies. Rylie’s favorite activation is #SeeingIsBelieving, and her fun fact is that she actually has a twin brother!
Next is one of our Social Media Interns, Tan Zhong Chen. Zhong Chen currently lives in Singapore, Singapore. He is a student at NYU-Abu Dhabi majoring in Social Research and Public Policy, and minoring in Public Health and Arabic. Zhong Chen’s favorite activation is #InvestEquitably, and parkour is one of his favorite hobbies!
Our other Social Media Intern is Kayla Arradondo. Kayla lives in Eagan, Minnesota. She is a student at NYU in New York City, and is majoring in History, with minors in Spanish and Peace and Conflict Studies. Kayla’s favorite activation is #ActionsInformCulture, and—fun fact—she shares a birthday with her grandfather!
Next is our Social Media and Video Content Intern, Kevin Stoll. Currently, Kevin is living in Wyckoff, New Jersey. As a student at Fordham University, he is majoring in Film and Television. Kevin’s favorite activation is #Represent, and for almost the first two years of his life, he lived in the Netherlands with his family. According to his dad, at four weeks old, Kevin was the youngest person to ever receive an official U.S. passport!
Last up is our Communications Intern, Bailey McCafferty. Bailey lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She is majoring in Political Science and minoring in Creative Writing and Statistics at Northwestern University. Bailey’s favorite activation is #ShareTheWork, and her fun fact is that she plays the cello!
